摘　　要：泄露电流测试仪是检测电子仪器电气安全性能的重要设备,本文对其测量结果不确定度的影响量进行了分析,对不确定度进行了评定,并给出了常用泄漏电流测试仪的测量结果不确定度,为开展该类仪器的检测工作提供参考。The leakage current tester is an important device for detecting the electrical safety performance of electronic instruments.This article analyzes the influence of the uncertainty of its measurement results,evaluates the uncertainty,and gives the uncertainty of measurement results of commonly used leakage current testers.Provide a reference for the detection of such instruments.
