摘　　要：钢管、圆钢等钢型材生产过程中,长度、重量测量是一个重要的工序。本文所述用激光测量型钢长度的方式,与现有其他测量方式相比:测量误差小、效率高、成本低、适用性强。钢管、圆钢在线称重装置,与现有其他测量方式相比:测量过程平稳、测量误差小、测量装置故障率低、使用寿命长。In the production process of steel pipe,round steel and other steel profiles,length and weight measurement is an important process.Compared with other existing measurement methods,the laser measurement of section steel length has the advantages of small measurement error,high efficiency,low cost and strong applicability.Compared with other existing measurement methods,the online weighing device for steel pipe and round steel has the advantages of smooth measurement process,small measurement error,low failure rate and long service life.
