摘　　要：新型产业园区在产业类型、功能业态和开发模式上与传统工业园区有着显著的区别,规划建设时需要考虑的因素较多,采用策划与规划一体化的思路,有利于提高规划的科学性和可实施性。本文以招商局·芯云谷信息技术服务产业园区为例,探讨新型产业园区策划与规划一体化实践的工作框架与思路,并详细阐述了项目的开发策划与概念规划一体化的具体方案。There are significant differences between the new industrial park and the traditional industrial park in industry type,functional business type and development mode.There are many factors to be considered in planning and construction.The integration of scheming and planning is conducive to improving the scientificity and feasibility of planning.This paper takes the information technology service Industrial Park of China Merchants·cloud valley as an example,discusses the working framework and ideas of the integration of scheming and planning of new industrial park,and expounds the specific scheme of the integration of development scheming and conceptual planning of the project in detail.
