摘  要:提出一种结合开关电容网络和三绕组耦合电感的软开关高电压增益DC-DC变换器拓扑。该拓扑具有PWM电压调节能力,可以在非极端占空比条件下实现高电压增益。耦合电感的引入有利于减少二极管和电容的数量,降低变换器导通损耗和成本。所有半导体器件承受的电压应力小,因此可以选用具有更好特性的低额定电压器件,降低导通损耗。所有开关器件均可实现零电压开通,一部分二极管可实现零电流关断,其余二极管关断电流的下降速度受到耦合电感的漏感的限制,故所有二极管的反向恢复问题都得到有效抑制。因此,该拓扑有进一步提高高电压增益变换器效率的潜力。对变换器基本工作原理、电压增益特性、器件电压应力、输入电流纹波和软开关条件等进行了详细分析。最后,通过一台输入25~40V、输出400V、额定功率600W的原理样机验证了理论分析的正确性。In this paper,a DC-DC converter with high voltage gain and soft-switching characteristics is proposed,which combines switched-capacitor network and three-winding coupled inductor.The proposed converter can achieve the voltage regulation ability by PWM technique,and the high voltage gain without an extreme duty cycle.The introduction of couple inductor can help to reduce the number of diodes and capacitors,leading to the reduction in the conduction losses and the cost of the converter.The voltage stresses of all semiconductor devices are at low level,and low voltage rating devices with better performance can be employed to reduce the conduction losses significantly.All the active switches can realize zero-voltage switching(ZVS)turn-on.Some of the diodes can achieve zero-current switching(ZCS)turn-off,and the turn-off di/dt rates of the other diodes are controlled by the leakage inductance of the coupled inductor,so the reverse recovery problems of all diodes are alleviated effectively.Therefore,the proposed converter has the potential to further improve the efficiency of the high step-up converter.The operation principle,voltage gain characteristic,device voltage stresses,input current ripple,and soft-switching conditions were analyzed in detail.Finally,the theoretical analysis was verified by a 600W prototype converter with 25~40V input and 400V output.
