摘 要:传统动态电压恢复器(DVR)采用同相补偿法治理电压跌落问题时,逆变器输出电压幅值小但有功需求大,而采用最小能量补偿法时,降低了有功需求的同时却增大逆变器输出电压,二者优势难以兼具。基于此,该文提出一种串联电容耦合型DVR,通过与最小能量补偿法的配合,所提结构不仅可实现最小有功输出,还可以显著降低逆变器的输出电压,从而有效地降低逆变器的容量和直流侧电压等级。首先,介绍了串联电容耦合型DVR的基本电路结构及工作原理,并对比分析了其在输出电压大小、功率等级方面的优越性;其次,对逆变器的运行边界进行分析,为避免在负载波动情况下逆变器的输出电压超出其最大输出能力,给出适用于串联电容耦合型DVR的运行状态调整策略,以保证装置的正常稳定运行;然后,分析串联电容对控制系统稳定性及滤波效果的影响,并完成了串联电容耦合型DVR最优拓扑结构的选取;最后,通过仿真和实验充分验证了该文所提串联电容耦合型DVR的有效性与可行性。When the traditional dynamic voltage restorer(DVR)adopts the in-phase compensation method to solve the voltage sag problem,the output voltage amplitude of the inverter is small but the active power demand is large,while the minimum energy compensation method reduces the active power demand and increases the output voltage of the inverter,which is difficult to have both advantages.Based on this,this paper proposes a series capacitance coupled DVR.By combining with the minimum energy compensation method,the proposed structure can not only achieve the minimum active output,but also significantly reduce the output voltage of the inverter,thus effectively reducing the capacity of the inverter and the voltage level of the DC side.This paper first introduces the basic circuit structure and working principle of series capacitance coupled DVR,and compares its superiority in output voltage and power level.Next,the operation boundary of the inverters is analyzed.In order to avoid the output voltage of the inverters exceeding its maximum output capacity under load fluctuation,the operation state adjustment strategy suitable for series capacitance coupled DVR is proposed to ensure the normal and stable operation of the device.Then,the influence of series capacitance on the stability and filtering effect of the control system is analyzed,and the optimal topology structure of series capacitance coupled DVR is selected.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the series capacitance coupled DVR proposed in this paper are fully verified by simulation and experimental.
