摘 要:以新春6号和新春31号为材料,采用大田试验在小麦灌浆初期模拟高温胁迫,在高温胁迫下对小麦进行喷施精胺(Spm)和亚精胺(Spd)处理,监测小麦籽粒灌浆动态、高温处理后的旗叶抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性、丙二醛(MDA)和可溶性糖含量等指标,分析外源Spm和Spd对高温胁迫下小麦籽粒灌浆的影响及其生理机制。结果表明:高温胁迫对小麦籽粒灌浆显著抑制,外源Spm和Spd显著促进高温胁迫下小麦籽粒灌浆、旗叶POD和CAT活性、可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量以及抑制SOD活性和MDA含量的升高,外源Spd在喷施前期(花后13 d)对籽粒灌浆的调节效果优于外源Spm,此后外源Spm的缓解效果始终优于Spd。说明外源多胺对高温胁迫下小麦籽粒灌浆的影响与其调控叶片抗氧化酶活性、MDA含量以及渗透调节物质的含量有关,不同类型多胺在缓解高温胁迫对小麦灌浆抑制上存在时间差异。In this paper,the wheat varities Xinchun 6 and Xinchun 31 were used as materials to monitor the dynamic change of grain filling,the changes of antioxidant enzyme(SOD,POD,CAT)activity,malondialdehyde(MDA)and soluble sugar content in flag leaves treated with spermine(Spm)and spermidine(Spd)under simulated high temperature stress during early stage of wheat filling and the effects of exogenous Spm and Spd on grain filling in wheat under high temperature stress and their physiological mechanism were also analyzed.The results showed that the high temperature stress on wheat grain grouting was significantly suppressed,while the exogenous spraying with Spm and Spd significantly improved the grain grouting,the activities of POD and CAT and the contents of soluble sugar and proline in flag leaf under high temperature stress.And the treatment inhibited the increase of SOD activity and MDA content.In addition,exogenous spraying with Spd had a better regulating effect on grain filling than exogenous Spm at the early stage of spraying(13 d after flowering),and the remission effect of exogenous Spm was always better than that of Spd thereafter.The results above indicated that the effect of exogenous polyamines on wheat grain filling under high temperature stress was related to the regulation of antioxidant enzyme activity,MDA content and osmotic regulatory substance content in leaves.Different types of polyamines had different time to alleviate the inhibition of wheat filling under high temperature stress.
