摘 要:以广西玉林市林科所5个家系火力楠种子为材料,对种子性状变异进行研究,使用不同浓度外源赤霉素处理后进行发芽试验。结果表明,1)火力楠家系间种子性状存在显著差异,种厚变异系数最大达18.90%,各性状平均变异系数为3.51%,42号家系种子长、宽、厚和千粒重最大,24号最小;2)不同赤霉素浓度处理下各家系种子发芽率有显著差异,100 mg·L^-1赤霉素浓度处理下火力楠各家系种子发芽率最高,42号种子发芽率高达88.3%;1200 mg·L^-1赤霉素浓度处理下各家系种子发芽率最低,24号种子发芽率仅为4.7%;3)统计赤霉素处理后的火力楠种子发芽后形成的幼苗生物量发现,经100 mg·L^-1赤霉素处理的火力楠种子幼苗生物量与对照相比有所提高。In this paper,the seed variation of 5 Michelia macclurei families from the Institute of Forestry in Yulin city of Guangxi province was studied.The results showed that 1)There were significant differences in seed traits among the families of M.macclurei,with the maximum variation coefficient of seed thickness reaching 18.90%and the average variation coefficient of each trait being 3.51%.The seed length,width,thickness and 1000-seed weight of the family No.42 were the largest,while that of the family No.24 was the smallest;2)The germination rate of seeds of different families was significantly different under different concentrations of gibberellin,and the germination rate of seeds of No.42 was as high as 88.3%under 100 mg·L^-1 of gibberellin.The seed germination rate was the lowest in each line under the treatment of 1200 mg·L^-1 gibberellin concentration,and the germination rate of No.24 was only 4.7%;3)The statistical results of the biomass of seedlings formed after germination of M.macclurei seeds showed that the biomass of seedlings of M.macclurei seeds treated with 100 mg·L^-1 gibberellin was increased compared with the control group.
