摘　　要：本文分析了精益管理的内涵,结合中国石化的实际,借鉴国际一流能源化工公司的实践,提出在中国石化推进精益管理的方法和措施的建议。This paper analyzes the connotation of lean management,and based on the circumstances of SINOPEC and drawing from the practices of comparable international first-class companies,the paper puts forward the methods and measures to implememt lean management in SINOPEC.
