摘  要:项目通过优化钢屏蔽铁的安装工艺,保证了70余块钢板拼装而成的重达400多t的钢屏蔽体的高精度安装;通过限制偏差、预组装、联测、三维测量、预调低标高、等高模板、插入钢板微调等技术措施,实现了高精度定位要求;隧道顶板内预埋设二次结构钢筋接口和止水钢,解决了切割已完成隧道顶板吊离屏蔽铁盒后二次结构封闭和防水难题。技术对我国后续的散裂中子源建设项目和类似的地下密闭结构施工具有积极的借鉴意义。The project ensures the high-precision installation of more than 400 tons of steel shielding body assembled by more than 70 steel plates by optimizing the installation process of steel shielding iron;Technical measures such as elevation,contour template,and fine adjustment of inserted steel plates have achieved high-precision positioning requirements;the secondary structure steel interface and water stop steel are pre-buried in the tunnel roof,which solves the problem of cutting the tunnel roof after hanging from the shielded iron box Structural closure and waterproofing problems.The technology has positive reference significance for the subsequent spallation neutron source construction projects and similar underground closed structure construction in China.
