摘 要:代际阅读推广是全民阅读的重要构成,基于血缘关系与非血缘关系的代际阅读推广有助于消弭社会代沟障碍和社群认知冲突问题,能够通过跨代知识分享培养少儿阅读兴趣与阅读素养。为探索欧洲发达国家公共图书馆面向少儿的代际阅读推广服务的成功经验,文章以欧盟创始国10家公共图书馆为研究样本,综合运用电子问卷、案头调研、邮件核查等实证研究方法来分析其在代际阅读推广服务主体、方式、内容等方面的先进做法。结果表明,近年来,欧盟创始国在代际阅读推广服务中,通过注重多元联合推广与合作服务、重视为婴幼儿与特殊儿童提供阅读援助、强调服务手段的智能化与服务内容的精细化,显著增强了代际阅读推广服务效能。我国公共图书馆可以借鉴其经验,以全民阅读为契机充分整合多元主体的比较优势,主动为弱势群体家庭及缺陷儿童提供阅读帮扶,依托智能载体拓展代际阅读服务实践边界并优化服务内容,以形成独具特色的代际阅读推广服务模式。Intergenerational reading promotion is an important component of reading for all people.Intergenerational reading promotion based on blood relationship and non-blood relationship can help to eliminate the barriers of social generation gap and social cognitive conflict,and cultivate children’s reading interest and reading quality through intergenerational knowledge sharing.In order to explore the successful experience of intergenerational reading promotion service of public libraries for Children in European developed countries,based on the 10 public libraries of Eu’s founders as the research sample,by using the electronic questionnaire,empirical research methods such as desk research and email verification,the paper analyzes its main body,methods and contents in intergenerational reading promotion.The results show that in recent years,the founder countries of the European Union have significantly enhanced the effectiveness of intergenerational reading promotion services by paying attention to multiple joint promotion and cooperation services,paying attention to providing reading assistance for infants and special children,emphasizing the intelligence of service means and the refinement of service contents.The public libraries in our country,can take the opportunity of nationwide reading program to fully integrate the comparative advantages,take the initiative to provide reading support to the disadvantaged families and defected children,rely on the intelligent applications to expand the intergenerational reading boundary and optimize the service contents,in order to form a unique intergenerational reading promotion service mode.
