摘  要:目的探究单间隔精确计时的神经响应,为大脑计时系统异常快速检测寻找更多的神经标记。方法12名受试者训练合格后参与了包含2种任务、基于时间模板的精确按键实验。任务1要求受试者在提示结束后的任意时刻按键2次,并保证2次按键间隔为1000ms,1500ms或2000ms。任务2与任务1的计时要求相同,但只进行第1次按键。用多变量模式分析(MVPA)对特征进行筛选和分类。结果任务1中3种时长任务的平均误差时间均小于60ms,合格率均较高。以第1次按键时刻对齐的事件相关电位(ERP)显示,3种情况波动趋势相似,相邻峰值间依次相差约500ms,说明受试者按照任务要求进行了精确计时。时-频分析发现,与无精确计时(第1次按键前)相比,精确计时过程中,顶-枕区alpha频段能量显著上升,3种时长条件结果相似。利用朴素贝叶斯分类器对有/无精确计时情况下的alpha能量特征进行分类,任务1在3种时长条件下的平均准确率分别为67.40%,69.60%,63.67%,最高达91.59%;任务2准确率依次为67.71%,67.92%,66.75%,最高达92.01%。上述分类结果证实了alpha特征的稳健性。结论单间隔的精确计时可引起大脑顶-枕区alpha频段能量的增强。Objective To investigate the neural signatures of precise single-interval timing which has the potential to provide more neural markers for the rapid detection of timing system disorder.Methods Twelve trained subjects were asked to complete two kinds of tasks in the experiment.In task 1,the subjects were required to conduct a double-tap with 1000,1500 or 2000 ms time interval between the two taps.The requirement of task 2 was similar to that of task 1,but the subjects were only asked to press the button once.Multivariate pattern analysis(MVPA)was used to select and classify features.Results In behavioral level,the time-deviations of all the subjects in task1 were less than 60 ms,and the qualification rates were high enough.The analysis of event-related potential(ERP)showed that 1000,1500 and 2000 ms timing led to positive waveforms with a latency difference of about 500 ms.The behavioral and ERP analysis confirmed the validity of the precise timing.Time-frequency analysis revealed that in both tasks,the precise timing led to obvious alpha energy enhancement in the parietaloccipital area comparing to the condition of no precise timing.Furthermore,the conditions with or without precise timing were distinguished by a Naive Bayes classifier based on the feature of alpha energy.The classification accuracy was 67.40%,69.60%,63.67%for the three durations in task 1,and67.71%,67.92%,66.75%for the three durations in task 2,respectively.The highest individual accuracy reached 91.59%and 92.01%for task1 and task 2,respectively.Conclusion Single-interval precise timing can lead to alpha energy enhancement in parietal-occipital area,which is a potential neural marker for single-interval precise timing.
