摘 要:目的研究视觉与本体觉联合训练针对晕动症的预防训练效果。方法12名受试者利用视觉虚拟涌浪系统接受为期10天的训练,在训练第1天,第5天,第9天及训练后14天,记录受试者运动病症状评分、心率、血压、心率变异性及胃电频谱;训练第1天,第9天和训练后14天,检测受试者训练前、后血清血管紧张素Ⅱ、精氨酸加压素(AVP)、醛固酮、皮质醇、白介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TGF-α)、干扰素含量,对训练效果进行综合评估。结果与训练前期相比,训练中、后期受试者运动病症状评分及收缩压、舒张压显著下降(P<0.05);血清精氨酸加压素含量显著下降(P<0.05)。受试者不同训练天的心率变异性及胃电频谱分析结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过虚拟涌浪系统训练,受试者运动病症状减轻,心率、血压调节更加稳定,且训练效果至少可维持到训练后14d。Objective To study the motion sickness protection and training effect under the joint action of visual sense and somesthetic sensation.Methods Twelve subjects participated in a ten-day training with virtual swell system.On the first,the fifth and the ninth training day and the fourteenth day after training,the score of motion sickness symptom,heart rate,blood pressure,heart rate variability and frequency spectrum of gastric electrical activity were recorded;on the first,the ninth training day and the fourteenth day after training,the serum levels of angiotensinⅡ,arginine vasopressin(AVP),aldosterone,cortisol,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-αand interferon were detected,for comprehensive evaluation of the training effect.Results It was found that the score of motion sickness symptom,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and AVP content of serum in the early training days were significant higher than those in intermediate and anaphase of the training(P<0.05).No significant differences were detected in the results of heart rate variability and frequency spectrum of gastric electrical activity in different training day(P>0.05).Conclusion After training using virtual swell system,the symptom of motion sickness and vertigo of the subjects mitigated obviously,the accommodation of heart rate and blood pressure was more stabile.The training effect continued fourteen days after the training at least.
