摘　　要：目的:了解潍坊市社区居民家庭医生签约服务的签约现状及其影响因素,为优化家庭医生签约服务提供参考。方法:随机选取2001名潍坊市社区居民进行问卷调查,对调查结果进行描述性统计分析、单因素分析和logistic回归分析。结果:30.6%的社区居民已经签约。Logistic回归分析结果显示,居住地、健康自评状况、用药情况、慢性病种类、是否知晓家庭医生签约服务、是否知晓分级诊疗是影响社区居民签约的因素(P<0.05)。结论:潍坊市社区居民家庭医生签约率较低。社区居民对家庭医生签约服务的知晓率有待提高,签约服务相关政策、家庭医生的培养和激励有待进一步完善。Objective:To investigate the status quo of family doctor's contracting service for community residents and its influencing factors in Weifang city,and to provide reference for optimizing the contracting service of family doctors.Methods:2001 community residents of Weifang city were randomly selected to conduct a questionnaire survey,descriptive statistical analysis,univariate analysis and logistic regression analysis were conducted on the survey results.Results:30.6%of the community's residents had signed up.Logistic regression analysis showed that living place,self-rated health status,drug use,types of chronic diseases,knowledge of family doctor's contracting service,and knowledge of hierarchical medical care were the influencing factors of the signing rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:The community residents'family doctor signing rate is low.Community residents'awareness of family doctor'contracting service needs to be further improved.Policies related to contracting service,the cultivation and motivation of family doctors need to be further strengthened.
