云南参与推动中缅经济走廊民心相通的路径研究

摘　　要：民心相通是顺利推进区域合作的社会根基,“一带一路”和中缅经济走廊建设都离不开民心相通的保障和支持。云南位于中缅经济走廊的核心区域,民间交往源远流长,促进中缅两国交往是云南主动融入和服务国家“一带一路”建设,践行亲诚惠容周边外交思想的需要,也是推动云南高质量、跨越式发展的需要。云南需要进一步增强与缅甸在媒体、医疗卫生、教育、旅游、文艺团体等方面合作,形成全方位、多层次的文化交流格局,为推进两国间各领域合作构建良好的民意基础、营造良好的周边环境。The people-to-people bond is a social foundation for the successful advancement of regional cooperation.Both the China-Myanmar Economic Corridor construction and the“Belt and Road”Initiative are inseparable from the support of the peoples.Yunnan is located in the core area of the China-Myanmar Economic Corridor,and its folk exchanges have have a long history.Meanwhile,promoting the exchanges between China and Myanmar is the requirement for Yunnan Province to practice the country s neighboring diplomacy thoughts of amity,sincerity,mutual benefit and inclusiveness and to achieve the high-quality and leap-forward development.Yunnan needs to strengthen the cooperation with Myanmar in media,medical and health,education,tourism,literature and art organization and forms a comprehensive and multi-level culture exchange pattern,so as to establish a good public foundation for the advancement of the cooperation between the two countries in all fields and create a good surrounding environment for China.
