摘　　要：随着资本主义市场的不断发展和日趋完善,金融风险投资行业也得到长足的发展。由于风险投资的整体回报率相对较高,所以在资本环境良好的前提下,大量的资本会流入风险投资市场中,而在这时风险投资管理就显得尤为重要。本文对风险投资管理在资本市场条件下的具体应用作了详细论述,旨在进一步规范我国风险投资市场,为风险投资行业的发展提供可靠的理论参考依据。本文首先对风险投资进行了基本概述,其次从几个方面提出了风险投资管理在资本市场条件下的现状,最后从六个方面指出了风险投资管理在资本市场条件下的应用对策,以供同行商榷。With the continuous development and improvement of the capitalist market,the financial venture capital industry has also made considerable progress.Because the overall rate of return of venture capital is relatively high,a large amount of capital will f low into the venture capital market under the premise of a good capital environment,and venture capital management becomes particularly important at this time.In the article,the specific application of venture capital management under capital market conditions is discussed in detail,aiming to further regulate venture capital market in our country,and provide a reliable theoretical reference for the development of venture investment industry.The article first provides a basic overview of venture capital,and then proposes the status quo of venture capital management under capital market conditions from several aspects,and finally points out the application strategies of venture capital management under capital market conditions for discussion with peers from six aspects.
