口服盐酸特比萘芬对幼犬血液常规及生化指标的影响

摘　　要：试验表明,盐酸特比萘芬不同饲喂剂量均可导致犬淋巴细胞百分比、中性粒细胞百分比、白细胞数等血常规检测指标异常。盐酸特比萘酚在幼犬肝脏和肾脏中的毒性是慢性累积的,临床应用中推荐使用盐酸特比萘芬剂量为5 mg/kg•d进行口服,连续给药不能超过21d。The results show that different feeding doses of terbinafine hydrochloride can lead to abnormal blood routine detection index such as canine lymphocyte percentage,neutrophil percentage,the number of white blood cells and so on.Different doses of terbinafine hydrochloride had a certain effect on blood biochemical indexes such as ALT content,ALKP content,BUN content,PHOS content and Ca content in puppies,and the higher the dose was,the longer the dosing time was,the more serious the chronic injury of terbinafine hydrochloride was.To sum up,the toxicity of terbinafine hydrochloride in the liver and kidney of puppies is chronic and accumulative.In clinical application,it is recommended to take terbinafine hydrochloride orally at 5mg/kg•d,and continuous administration should not exceed 21 days.
