摘　　要：以供应链相关理论为依托,通过分析EPC模式下装配式建筑供应链交易成本构成及形成机理,建立装配式建筑供应链交易成本模型,并从交易次数、激励机制两因素对模型进行分析。实现EPC模式下的装配式建筑供应链交易成本量化,为总承包商进行装配式建筑交易成本管理提供一定参考。Based on the supply chain theory,this paper establishes the transaction cost model of prefabricated construction supply chain under the EPC mode by analyzing prefabricated construction transaction cost composition and cost formation mechanism,and analyzes from the factors of transaction times and incentive mechanism.The results demonstrate that prefabricated construction supply chain transaction cost under the EPC mode can be quantified,provides some references for the general contractor to manage the transaction cost of prefabricated construction.
