摘　　要：针对承包人可能提出的工期和造价方面的各项诉求,分析工期顺延、成本控制和风险防控等措施对工程项目带来的影响,提出不同诉求下发包人可采取的防控与管理办法,为受疫情防控影响的建筑行业发包人提供参考。Aiming at the various demands of the contractor on the construction period and cost,this paper studies the influence of construction period extension,cost control and risk prevention on the engineering projects.Puts forward the prevention and control methods that can be adopted by the contractor under different appeals,which provides reference for contractors in the construction industry affected by the epidemic of COVID-19.
