摘　　要：对比我国各地施工企业信用评价相关政策文本,从评价主体、指标体系、信息采集和结果应用四个方面对施工企业信用评价体系的现状进行总结。然后分析施工企业信用评价存在的主要问题,包括:评价主体构成单一、评价内容缺少区分度、信息化采集手段不足与结果应用方式存在局限性等。从构建多元主体评价体系、转变政府职能、提高评价信息化水平等方面提出针对性的改进建议。This paper copmpares the government policy texts of credit evaluation of construction enterprises in various parts of our country,and summarizes the current status of the credit evaluation system of construction enterprises from four aspects of evaluation managers,indicator system,information collection and results application.Then analyzes the main problems in the credit evaluation of construction enterprises,including:a single evaluation of construction subject,lack of differentiation of evaluation content,insufficient information collection methods and limitations of result application methods.Finally,puts forward improvement suggestions such as constructing a multi-subject evaluation system,transforming government functions,and improving the level of evaluation informatization.
