我院应急发热门诊在新冠肺炎疫情中的管理成效探讨

摘　　要：目的评价综合性医院应急发热门诊在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中的管理效果,为疫情防控提供借鉴。方法收集并分析2020年1月16日至3月15日我院应急发热门诊运行数据,内容包括:就诊人数、实验室检查、影像学检查、治疗情况、临床转归及随访情况,以及发热门诊一线工作人员身体健康情况。结果2020年1月16日至3月15日,我院应急发热门诊总计接诊688例,患者平均年龄(47±17)岁,其中留院观察215例(31.3%)。经实验室检查,血常规检查688例(100%),甲或乙型流感筛查633例(92.0%),胸部影像学检查634例(92.2%)。所有新冠肺炎筛查结果均为阴性,且均经治疗或观察后康复出院,出院后随访成功率100%。总计112名医务人员参加一线发热门诊工作,心身均保持良好状态。结论新冠肺炎疫情爆发后,我院迅速启动应急发热门诊应急管理运行机制,明确管理流程和岗位职责,确保了抗击疫情工作有序进行,也保障了就诊患者和一线工作人员的心身健康。Objective To evaluate the management efficacy of fever clinic in a general hospital during the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods The operational data of the fever clinic in our hospital from January 16,2020 to March 15,2020 were collected and retrospectively analyzed,including number of admitted patients,laboratory and imaging findings,treatment,clinical outcome and follow-up,and health status of front-line staff working in the fever clinic.Results From January 16,2020 to March 15,2020,the fever clinic adimitted a total of 688 patients,with an average age of(47±17)years,of whom 215(31.3%)were hospitalized for observation.All the patients underwent routine blood tests,633(92.0%)were screened for influenza A/B,and 634(92.2%)underwent chest imaging examinations.All screening results for COVID-19 were negative,and all patients were cured and discharged after treatment or observation.The success rate of follow-up after discharge was 100%.A total of 112 medical staff participated in the front-line fever clinic work,and maintained good physical and psychological conditions.Conclusion During the outbreak of the COVID-19,our hospital quickly initiated the emergency response mechanism of the fever clinic service,defined management process and job responsibilities,and ensured that the fight against the epidemic is carried out in an orderly manner,and all these measures have protected the physical and mental health of both patients and front-line staff.
