摘 要:本文采用大气等离子喷涂法以最佳工艺参数在石墨质阴极炭材料上沉积TiB2可湿润性阴极涂层。采用SEM、XRD、EDS等技术手段分析了TiB2涂层的微观组织结构和相成分,并研究了其在熔盐电解铝体系中的润湿性和抗腐蚀性能。结果表明:等离子喷涂制备的TiB2涂层表面平整,涂层主体相组成为TiB2;大气等离子喷涂法制备的TiB2涂层与铝液的湿润性优于石墨质阴极炭块与铝液的;通过在熔盐电解质体系中的腐蚀实验对比发现,不论静态或动态腐蚀TiB2涂层阴极的耐钠和熔融冰晶石腐蚀性能均优于石墨质阴极炭块。The TiB2 wettable cathode coating was deposited on a graphite carbon cathode material by atmospheric plasma spraying with optimal process parameters.The microstructure and phase composition of TiB2 coating were analyzed by SEM,XRD and EDS.The wettability and corrosion resistance of coating were studied in the molten aluminum electrolytic system.The results show that the surface of TiB2 coating prepared by plasma spraying is flat and the main phase of the coating is TiB2.The wettability between TiB2 coating and aluminum liquid with atmospheric plasma spraying is better than that of graphite cathode carbon block and aluminum liquid.Through the comparison of corrosion experiments in molten salt electrolyte systems,it is found that the resistance to sodium and fused cryolite corrosion of TiB2 coated cathodes is better than that of graphite cathode carbon blocks regardless of static or dynamic corrosion.
