摘  要:铝电解槽的槽膛内形对铝电解生产过程的主要经济技术指标影响较大。规整的槽膛内形有利于保持电解槽的稳定状态,减少阴极铝液内的水平电流,防止侧部导电,形成平稳铝液镜面。为消除铝电解槽实际运行中发生的伸腿肥大现象,采用降低分子比的方法规整槽膛内形。工业实践结果表明:保证电解温度恒定,采用适当范围内降低分子比的方法可以有效消除伸腿肥大现象,平均电流效率保持在93%以上。The internal shape of pot cavity exerts a relatively greater influence on the main econo-technical indicators during the aluminum reduction process.The regular internal shape of pot cavity is beneficial for the pot to remain stable,reduce the horizontal current in the liquid aluminum,prevent against side conduction and form stable liquid aluminum surface.In order to remove the thick ledge during the actual operation process of aluminum pots,the internal shape of pot cavity is adjusted by reducing the molecular ratio.The industrial practice results show that the thick ledge can be effectively removed by reducing the molecular ratio within a proper range when the pot temperature is constant,and the average current efficiency remains over 93%.
