摘 要:铝电解槽换极后的电压控制具有重要意义。针对某400kA电解槽换极后阳极效应频发问题,本文分析了换极后效应发生的具体情况与特征,初步认定换极后热收入不足是主要的原因。采用阳极电流在线测量、数值仿真等方法对该现象进行了研究,确认了换极后的附加电压不足是该问题的最可能的因素,并估算了实际生产中需要的附加电压数值水平,最后通过试验优化了该槽的换极附加电压,优化换极附加电压的试验较大程度上改善了该400kA槽换极后阳极效应发生较多的问题,换极后8小时内的效应系数降低了0.061,减少了43.88%,取得了明显的效果。The voltage control of aluminum pot after anode changing is of great significance.In view of the frequent occurrence of anode effect after anode changing in a 400kA pot,this paper analyzed the specific situation and characteristics of the anode effect after anode changing,and preliminarily determined that the main reason was insufficient heat input after anode changing.The anode current online measurement and numerical simulation of this phenomenon were studied,it was confirmed that the insufficient additional voltage after anode changing was the most likely cause of the problem,and the additional voltage value as required for the actual operation was estimated.The additional voltage for the pot was optimized through experiments,and the problem for the frequent occurrence of anode effect after anode changing in a 400kA aluminum pot was addressed to a large extent thanks to the optimization experiment of additional voltage after anode changing.The anode effect coefficient within 8 hours after anode changing was reduced by 43.88%to 0.061,with obvious results achieved.
