摘  要:烧失量是研究工业产品的重要参数,也是产品分析中常用的一个校正因子,4A沸石产品由于具有很强的吸湿性,在称样过程中容易受到空气湿度的干扰,从而影响烧失量测定的准确性。本文考察了灼烧前后的4A沸石产品在不同湿度下的吸附性能,确定了将样品先空气平衡18 h,然后使用湿存水对烧失量进行水分校正的方法来确定样品的烧失量,该方法可以得到较准确的烧失量结果。Loss on ignition is an important parameter in the study of industrial products and a common correction factor in product analysis.Due to their strong hygroscopicity,4A zeolite products are easy to be disturbed by air humidity in the weighing process,thus affecting the accuracy of the determination of loss on ignition.In this paper,the adsorption properties of 4A zeolite products before and after burning were investigated under different humidity conditions.It is determined that the loss on ignition of the sample can be determined by balancing the sample with air for 18 h,and then correcting the loss on ignition with the hygroscopic moisture.This method can obtain more accurate results of loss on ignition.
