探析《晶珠本草》的解毒思想

摘　　要：以《晶珠本草》中植物及矿物药类为研究对象,对其解毒相关文献进行梳理和归纳,总结出其中蕴含的解毒思想的具体内容、作用机理及临床应用价值。《晶珠本草》中具有解毒功效的植物类药比矿物药类多,且应用广泛,但其中收载的矿物类药物的炮制减毒和解毒功效体现了藏医药对解毒的独特认识及在疗毒方面的特色优势。藏医学的解毒思想主要体现在药物的炮制减毒、毒的预防及解诸毒,其作用机理包括作用相抵、聚敛毒物、清除毒物、导出毒物、以毒攻毒4个方面,主要应用于药材的炮制、中毒的预防和解救方面,具有深入研究、挖掘和传承的价值。Taking the plant and mineral drugs in Jing Zhu Ben Cao as the research object, the relevant literature on detoxification was sorted and summarized, and the specific content, mechanism and clinical application value of detoxification thought contained in it were summarized. In Jing Zhu Ben Cao, there are more botanical drugs with detoxification effects than mineral drugs, and they are widely used. However, the processing attenuation and detoxification effects of the mineral drugs embodied the unique understanding of Tibetan medicine in detoxification and its characteristic advantages in detoxification. The idea of detoxification in Tibetan medicine is mainly embodied in the processing and detoxification of drugs, the prevention of poisons and the detoxification of all kinds of poisons. Its mechanism of action includes five aspects: counteracting action, gathering poison, clearing poison, exporting poison and fighting poison with poison. It is mainly used in the processing of medicinal materials, prevention and rescue of poisoning, and has the value of in-depth research, excavation and inheritance.
