摘　　要：目的:为了解并研究中医类硕士研究生就业情况,为毕业生就业提供参考。方法:以问卷调查法为主,调查对象为北京地区中医类硕士应届毕业生,涉及首都医科大学、中国中医科学院、北京中医药大学3所院校,调查内容包括就业率,就业方向,就业满意度等内容。结果:共收集有效问卷312份。据统计,医疗单位仍是最主要的就业方向,但仍有43.59%的中医类毕业生未选择进入医疗单位工作,主要原因包括工作强度大及需要住院医师规范化培训;调查得出,60.90%的毕业生满意目前的工作,就工作单位而言,满意度较高的是企业及高校,满意度较低的是科研院所及医疗单位。结论:中医类毕业生就业总体呈现多元化趋势,学校、政府、社会等多方面应努力协调,通过完善住院医师规范化培训制度、改革医院运营模式及科研单位奖惩机制等方式,减轻毕业生工作负担,提高毕业生的就业满意度。Objective: To understand the employment situation of graduate studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine, in order to provide a reference for graduate employment. Methods: According to questionnaire survey method, the subjects of the survey are TCM master’s degree graduates in Beijing, including Capital Medical University, China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. The survey contents include employment rate, employment direction and employment satisfaction, etc. Results: Totally 312 parts by questionnaires were collected. Medical units is the most important direction of employment, and 43.59% of Chinese Medicine graduates did not work in medical institutions. The main reason including work intensity and the need to regulate training. According to the survey, 60.90% of the graduates are satisfied with current work;in terms of workplace satisfaction, graduates are more satisfied with enterprises and universities,but less satisfied with scientific research institutes and medical institutions. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese Medicine graduates showing an overall trend of diversification;schools, government, community and other multisectoral efforts should be coordinated through the improvement of regulatory training system, the reform of hospitals and research institutes operating mode incentive mechanisms and other ways to reduce the burden of graduates and improve graduates job satisfaction.
