摘 要:为高效、高精度制备微细轴,提出了镜像双丝切向进给电火花磨削加工方法,并研制了实现该方法的加工设备。该方法的特点在于:以同平面内双侧线电极及双路RC脉冲电源同时加工微细轴提高了线电极电火花磨削加工微细轴的加工效率;以双侧线电极形成的窄缝及微细轴沿窄缝中心线切向进给的方式约束微细轴直径,简化了微细轴直径的控制策略。基于该方法提出了加工策略、制定了加工工艺并通过加工实验验证了新方法制备微细轴的高效性和高直径一致性。In order to fabricate micro-shaft with high efficiency and accuracy,a new method named twin-mirroring-wire tangential feed electrical discharge grinding was proposed,and a processing equipment was developed.The method is characterized in that the micro-shafts are processed simultaneously with the twin-mirroring-wire electrodes in the same plane and the dual RC power supplies,which improves the efficiency of processing micro-shafts by wire electrical discharge grinding(WEDG).A narrow slit formed by the twin-mirroring-wire electrodes combined with the method of tangential feed along the centerline of the slit constrains the diameter of micro-shaft,which simplifies the control strategy of the diameter of micro-shaft.Based on this method,a machining strategy was proposed,and machining experiments were carried out to verify the high efficiency and high diameter consistency in the process of micro-shaft fabrication.
