摘 要:为提高电解射流加工的定域性,提出一种将电极丝伸出喷嘴,使其被高速电解液束约束的电极丝前置电解射流加工方法,通过建立电场模型对电解射流加工的电流密度分布进行仿真研究,并经对比实验验证该方法的有效性。结果表明:电极丝前置方法可有效地集中电流密度分布,相比于传统电解射流加工,电极丝前置电解射流加工方法可增大凹坑的深径比,明显提升凹坑内的表面质量,并具有更高的加工效率。In order to improve the localization of electrochemical jet machining,a wire-preposed electrochemical jet machining method is proposed,in which a wire electrode is extended out of the nozzle to be constrained by the high-speed electrolyte beam.An electric field model is established to simulate the distribution of current density,and the effectiveness of the method is verified through comparative experiments.The results show that the wire-preposed method can effectively concentrate the current density distribution.Compared with the traditional electrochemical jet machining,the wirepreposed method can increase the depth diameter ratio of the pit and significantly improve the surface quality in the pit.In addition,the machining efficiency is improved significantly.
