摘 要:活检穿刺是一种用于肿瘤诊断的较为成熟的手术方式,但在穿刺过程中的摩擦力回使组织与活检针发生形变,降低取样精度和取样效率。超声振动辅助穿刺可有效减小活检穿刺过程中的摩擦力。为探究超声振动辅助穿刺过程中的摩擦特性,以猪肝和明胶为材料,设计实验研究超声振动频率和穿刺速度对摩擦力的影响规律。结果表明,摩擦力随着超声振动频率的增大而减小,且基本以指数为负的幂函数的形式减小;摩擦力随着穿刺速度的增大而增大。Biopsy puncture is a mature surgical method for cancer diagnosis.The friction force during puncture makes the tissue and biopsy needle deformed,which reduces the sampling accuracy and efficiency.Ultrasound vibration assisted puncture can effectively reduce the friction in the puncture process.In order to explore the friction characteristics in the process of ultrasound vibration assisted puncture,pig liver and gelatin were used as materials to design experiments to study the influence of ultrasonic vibration frequency and puncture speed on the friction.The experimental results show that the friction force decreases with the increase of ultrasonic vibration frequency,and decreases in the form of power function with negative exponent,while the friction force increases with the increase of puncture speed.
