摘　　要：文中介绍了棉籽脱绒机的整机设计、工作原理、特点、适用范围及效益等。通过检测,该棉籽机械脱绒机加工的棉种破损率,完全符合国家种子质量要求,有效解决了棉种破碎率高,棉(残)绒去除不干净及棉种脱绒过程中残酸的问题,避免酸残留物对环境的污染,有效提高棉种的质量。The Whole product design,working principle,characteristics,application scope and benefit of cottonseed depilator was introduced in this paper.Through the test,the damage rate of cotton seeds processed by the cottonseed mechanical de cashing machine fully met the national seed quality requirements,this machine effectively solved the problems of high cotton seed crushing rate,unclean cotton cashmere removal and residual acid in the process of cotton seed de cashing,avoided the pollution of acid residues to the environment,and effectively improved the quality of cotton seeds.
