摘　　要：介绍了超小型云母片制件,采用冲压方法,设计出复合模生产并获得成功。针对制件特别小的特点,在设计模具时,采取了相应对策,保证了模具结构的合理性和满足了生产要求,对类似小零件的加工可提供参考。This paper introduces the subminiature mica sheet,design the compound die by stamping,and the production is successful.In view of the characterstie of the parts are very small,the corresponding countermeasures are taken in the die design,it ensures the rationality of die structure and meets the production requirements,and it has reference value for the processing of similar small parts.
