摘　　要：汽车零件中,有很多是厚度为4~12mm的中厚板,用于生产该中厚板制件的模具,较之薄板模具有很多不同的地方。介绍了几种中厚板模具的特点及设计注意事项,对设计中厚板模具有一定参考价值。There are a lot of thick sheet parts which thickness are 4 to 12mm,in frame of automobile.The die of thick sheet parts is different with the die of thin plate.This paper introduces several characteristics of thick sheet parts die,and some matters need attention in stamping die design.It has certain reference value for die design of thick sheet metal punching.
