摘 要:综合运用光学显微镜、扫描电镜对718钢塑料模具拋光后表面存在类似于针孔状细孔隙缺陷进行分析。结果表明:模具材料内部存在DS类大颗粒夹杂物,随着抛光时间的延长,导致DS类大颗粒夹杂物凸出基体,最后被拉出而形成微坑即类似于针孔状的细孔隙。由于镜面和高光高亮表面的模具对模具表面粗糙度要求更高,对抛光的要求也更高,因此就要求模具材料内部不允许有DS类大颗粒夹杂物的存在。Based on the analysis of the pinhole like defects on the polished surface of 718 steel plastic mold by means of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope.The results show that there are large particles of DS inclusions in the mold material.W ith the prolongation of polishing time,the large paricles of DS inclusions protrude from the matrix,and finally are pulled out to form micro pits,which are similar to pinhole like pores.With the increasingly widespread application of plastic products,especially the mold with mirror and high gloss surface has higher requirements on the surface roughness and polishing of the mold,so it is required that there is no large particle DS inclusion in the mold material.
