摘　　要：目的探讨烧伤患者的生命意义感现状及其与创伤后成长和生命质量的相关性。方法选取2018年11月至2019年11月在我院住院治疗的175例烧伤患者作为研究对象。患者填写一般资料调查表,采用中文版生命意义感量表、创伤后成长评定量表和简明烧伤健康量表调查其生命意义感、创伤后成长水平和生命质量情况。结果本次调查共发放问卷175份,回收有效问卷161份。烧伤患者的生命意义感量表总分为(49.25±8.58)分,创伤后成长量表总分为(56.53±13.84)分,生命质量量表总分为(149.56±29.53)分。烧伤患者的生命意义感得分与创伤后成长和生命质量均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论烧伤患者的生命意义感呈中等水平,并影响其创伤后成长和生命质量。Objective To explore the current status of burn patients’sense of life meaning and correlation between it and post-traumatic growth,quality of life.Methods To select 175 cases of burn patients who were hospitalized in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 as the study objects.The patients filled out the general information questionnaire,and used the Chinese version of the sense of life meaning scale,post-traumatic growth rating scale and concise burn health scale to investigate their sense of life meaning,post-traumatic growth level and quality of life.Results A total of 175 questionnaires were distributed in this survey,and 161 valid questionnaires were returned.The total score of the sense of life meaning scale for burn patients was(49.25±8.58)points,the total score of the post-traumatic growth scale was(56.53±13.84)points,and the total score of life quality scale was(149.56±29.53)points.The scores of burn patients’sense of life meaning were positively correlated with post-traumatic growth and quality of life(P<0.05).Conclusion The sense of life meaning of burn patients was at a moderate level,and affected their post-traumatic growth and quality of life.
