新型冠状病毒防控期护理人员心理健康状况调查及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨新型冠状病毒防控期护理人员心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法选择我院感染科、急诊科参与新型冠状病毒感染防控的护理人员140名,经一般资料量表调查护士基础信息,基于症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行评价,统计心理健康问题阳性检出率,并借助多因素logistic回归分析筛选心理健康状况的影响因素。结果SCL-90评价显示阳性68例,阳性检出率48.57%;多因素logistic回归分析显示,新型冠状病毒防控期护理人员心理健康状况的影响因素有护师及以下职称、工作年限<8年、心理疏导或辅导缺失、无感染防控经历、中重度职业压力(≥70分)、睡眠质量很差(≥16分)、社会支持不足(<22分)。结论新型冠状病毒感染防控期护理人员心理健康状况受到不同程度的影响,焦虑、恐惧、紧张情绪严重,且影响因素复杂,需加强对护理人员的心理疏导。Objective To explore the mental health status of nursing staff during the prevention and control period of COVID-19 and analysis of its influencing factors.Methods To select 140 nurses who participated in the prevention and control of COVID-19 infection in the infection department and emergency department of our hospital,and the basic information of nurses was investigated by the general data scale and the evaluation was conducted based on symptom checklist 90(SCL-90).The positive detection rate of mental health problems was counted,and multi factors logistic regression analysis was used to screen the influencing factors of mental health status.Results SCL-90 evaluation showed that there were 68 cases of positive cases,and the positive detection rate was 48.57%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of the mental health status of nursing staff during the prevention and control period of COVID-19 included a professional title of senior nurse or below,working years<8 years,lack of psychological counseling or mentoring,no experience in prevention and control of infection,moderate to severe occupational pressure(≥70 points),poor sleep quality(≥16 points),and insufficient social support(<22 points).Conclusion The mental health of nursing staff during the prevention and control period of COVID-19 infection was affected to varying degrees.Anxiety,fear,and nervous mood were serious,and the influencing factors were complex.It was necessary to strengthen the psychological counseling for nursing staff.
