腹腔镜直肠癌患者术中低体温发生的相关因素分析及防护对策

摘　　要：目的调查腹腔镜直肠癌患者术中低体温发生危险因素,分析其防护对策。方法选择2017年3月至2019年3月本院手术室行直肠癌手术患者60例,其中有9例发生低体温,采用单因素和多因素logistic回归分析腹腔镜直肠癌患者术中低体温发生的危险因素。结果麻醉时间>150 min、术中输血、术中CO 2用量>200 L为导致腹腔镜直肠癌患者术中低体温发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论麻醉时间、术中输血、术中CO 2用量等均是导致腹腔镜直肠癌患者术中低体温出现的独立危险因素,应针对上述危险因素,采取相应防护对策,从而保证手术顺利进行。Objective To investigate the risk factors effecting hypothermia during the period of laparoscopic rectal cancer operation and analyze its protective measures.Methods We selected 60 cases of patients who underwent rectal cancer operation in the operating room of our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019.Among them,9 cases of patients had hypothermia,univariate and multivariate logistic regression were used to analyze the risk factors effecting intraoperative hypothermia of patients with laparoscopic rectal cancer.Results The anesthesia time>150 min,intraoperative blood transfusion,intraoperative CO 2 dosage>200 L were all independent risk factors that led to the detection of intraoperative hypothermia in patients with laparoscopic rectal cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion The anesthesia time,intraoperative blood transfusion,intraoperative CO 2 dosage,etc.were all independent risk factors that led to the detection of intraoperative hypothermia in patients with laparoscopic rectal cancer.Corresponding protective measures should be taken against the above risk factors to ensure smooth operation.
