呼吸功能康复操结合六字诀呼吸法对肺心病患者气道阻力及运动耐力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨呼吸功能康复操结合六字诀呼吸法对肺心病患者气道阻力及运动耐力的影响。方法选取2016年10月至2019年10月我院收治的60例肺心病患者为研究对象,采用随机法等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施呼吸功能康复操结合六字诀呼吸法。比较两组患者气道阻力及运动耐力的改善情况。结果护理干预2个月后,观察组呼吸总抗阻(Zrs)、中心气道阻力(Rc)、周边气道阻力(Rp)以及周边弹性阻力(X5)指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组6 min步行距离实验、呼吸频率、耗氧量、肌肉张力指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肺心病患者实施呼吸功能康复操结合六字诀呼吸法可改善气道阻力,提高运动耐受性,值得临床借鉴与推广。Objective To explore the effect of applying exercises of respiratory function rehabilitation combined with six-word breathing method on airway resistance and exercise tolerance in patients with pulmonary heart disease.Methods To select 60 cases of patients with pulmonary heart disease admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2019 as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group by randomization method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group performed exercises of respiratory function rehabilitation combined with six-word breathing method on the basis of the control group.The improvement of airway resistance and exercise tolerance between the two groups was compared.Results After two months of nursing intervention,the indexes of total respiratory resistance(Zrs),central airway resistance(Rc),peripheral airway resistance(Rp),and peripheral elastic resistance(X5)in the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the observation group's 6-min walking distance test,respiratory rate,oxygen consumption,and muscle tension indexes were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Rehabilitation of respiratory function rehabilitation combined with six-word breathing method in patients with pulmonary heart disease can improve airway resistance and improve exercise tolerance.It was worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
