摘　　要：目的探讨基于微信小程序的延续性护理对维持性血液透析患者钙磷代谢及饮食依从性的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2019年5月在我院接受维持性血液透析的终末期肾病患者70例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规延续性护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施持续6个月的基于微信小程序的延续性护理。比较两组全段甲状旁腺激素(iPTH)、血钙、血磷、钙磷乘积及饮食依从性。结果干预后6个月,观察组iPTH、血钙、血磷、钙磷乘积均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组饮食依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对维持性血液透析患者实施基于微信小程序的延续性护理,可提升患者的饮食依从性,维持钙、磷代谢平衡,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of continuous care based on WeChat mini program on calcium and phosphorus metabolism and dietary compliance of patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods To select 70 cases of patients with end-stage renal disease who received maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from March 2018 to May 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group received routine continuous care,and the observation carried out continuous care based on WeChat applet for 6 months on the basis of the control group.The intact parathyroid hormone(iPTH),blood calcium,blood phosphorus,calcium-phosphorus product and diet compliance were compared between the two groups.Results Six months after intervention,the iPTH,blood calcium,blood phosphorus,and calcium-phosphorus product in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the diet compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing continuous care based on WeChat mini-programs for maintenance hemodialysis patients can improve patients'dietary compliance and maintain the balance of calcium and phosphorus metabolism.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
