老年高血压性脑出血术后患者日常生活能力影响因素分析及防护对策

摘　　要：目的调查并分析影响老年高血压性脑出血术后患者日常生活能力的相关因素及防护对策。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月在我院治疗的100例老年高血压性脑出血患者为研究对象。采用Barthel指数评分量表对患者的日常生活能力进行问卷调查,采用多元线性回归分析影响老年高血压性脑出血术后患者日常生活能力的因素。结果老年高血压性脑出血术后患者Barthel评分(30.12±2.76)分;多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、术前收缩压、术前血糖、术后肺部感染、家庭关怀程度是影响高血压性脑出血术后患者日常生活能力的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论老年高血压性脑出血术后患者日常生活能力受多因素影响,医护人员需要在术前综合评估其身体状况,做好预防措施,提高其术后日常生活能力。Objective To investigation and analyze the related factors affecting the ability of daily living in elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after operation and its preventive countermeasures.Methods To select 100 cases of elderly patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 as the study objects.The Barthel index scoring scale was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the ability of daily living of patients,and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors affecting the ability of daily living in elderly patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after operation.Results The Barthel score of elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after operation was(30.12±2.76)points.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the age,preoperative systolic blood pressure,preoperative blood sugar,postoperative lung infection,and family care were the independent risk factors that affected the ability of daily living in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(P<0.05).Conclusion The ability of daily living of elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after operation was affected by many factors.Medical staff should comprehensively evaluate their physical condition before operation,take preventive measures to improve their ability of daily living after operation.
