儿童再发性腹痛与幽门螺杆菌感染的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童再发性腹痛与幽门螺杆菌感染的相关性。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月我院收治的再发性腹痛患儿98例为研究对象,采用儿童酶联免疫吸附法(ELLSA)对入选患儿进行血清Hp-IgG抗体、Hp-CagA抗体、13C尿素呼气试验和胃镜检查,并探讨儿童再发性腹痛与幽门螺杆菌感染的相关性。结果98例儿童再发性腹痛患儿中有33例Hp-IgG抗体阳性,阳性率为33.67%;33例再发性腹痛患儿血清Hp-CagA抗体检测,有26例患儿血清Hp-CagA抗体为阳性,阳性率为78.79%;98例再发性腹痛患儿13C尿素呼气试验检测阳性34例,阳性检出率为35.69%。结论儿童再发性腹痛与幽门螺杆菌感染具有明显相关性,应积极治疗和预防幽门螺杆菌感染,提倡健康饮食和生活作息,对提高儿童再发性腹痛治疗具有重要意义。Objective To explore the correlation between recurrent abdominal pain and Helicobacter pylori infection in children.Methods To select 98 cases of children patients with recurrent abdominal pain admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 as the study objects,and children enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELLSA)was used to perform serum Hp-IgG antibody,Hp-CagA antibody,13C urea breath test and gastroscopy for selected children patients,and explore the relationship between recurrent abdominal pain in children patients and Helicobacter pylori infection.Results Among 98 cases of children patients with recurrent abdominal pain,33 cases of Hp-IgG antibody were positive,and the positive rate was 33.67%,33 cases of children patients with recurrent abdominal pain were tested for serum Hp-CagA antibody,and 26 cases of children patients with serum Hp-CagA antibody was positive,with a positive rate of 78.79%,and 34 cases had were positive in the 13C urea breath test was performed for 98 cases of children patients with recurrent abdominal pain,with a positive detection rate of 35.69%.Conclusion There was a significant correlation between recurrent abdominal pain in children patients and Helicobacter pylori infection.Active treatment and prevention of Helicobacter pylori infection should be promoted,and healthy diet and lifestyle should be promoted.It was of great significance to improve the treatment of recurrent abdominal pain in children.
