摘　　要：目的探讨基于信息化物联网技术的手术室管理对护理质量的影响。方法我院自2017年1月起实施基于信息化物联网技术的手术室管理,以此为时间节点,分别纳入对照组(2015年1月至2016年12月)的55台择期手术共55例患者及研究组(2017年1月至2018年12月)的55台择期手术共55例患者进行研究。比较基于信息化物联网技术的手术室管理实施前后护理人员护理质量评分,以及两组患者护理满意度、手术室风险事件发生率。结果基于信息化物联网技术的手术室管理实施后护理人员工作态度、配合能力、应急反应能力、物品管理、手术室操作评分均高于实施前(P<0.05);研究组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组机械设备不齐全、手术操作不当、设备故障、受伤感染、器械遗留术腔等手术室风险事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于信息化物联网技术的手术室管理可提高护理服务质量,控制手术室潜在风险,提升患者护理满意度,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of operating room management based on the Internet of Things technology on nursing quality.Methods Since January 2017,our hospital has implemented operating room management based on the Internet of Things technology.As a time node,55 cases of patients included into a control group(from January 2015 to December 2016)and another 55 patients included into a study group(from January 2017 to December 2018)that they were performed 55 elective operations,who were selected to study.The nursing quality scores of nursing staff before and after the implementation of operating room management based on the Internet of Things technology,as well as the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients and the incidence rate of risk events in the operating room were compared.Results After the implementation of operating room management based on the Internet of Things technology,the nursing staff's working attitude,coordination ability,emergency response ability,item management,and operating scores in operating room were higher than those before implementation(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of risk events in operating room such as incomplete mechanical equipment,improper surgical operation,equipment failure,injury and infection caused by injury,and equipment left in the surgical cavity in the study group were lower than those the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of operating room management based on the Internet of Things technology can improve the quality of nursing service,control potential risks in the operating room,and improve patient’s nursing satisfaction.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
