摘 要:【目的】调查猪链球菌在江西省规模化猪场的临床健康猪群中的流行现状和耐药情况。【方法】选取2017—2019年江西省的5个规模化猪场为采样点,采集表观健康猪群鼻拭子314份,采用选择性培养基与分子生物技术的方法进行猪链球菌的分离鉴定,并通过Kerby-Bauer纸片扩散法测定分离菌株对16种抗生素的耐药性。【结果】分离鉴定出猪链球菌112株;表观健康猪群中的猪链球菌总检出率为35.67%,各个规模化猪场的检出率统计学差异显著;未检测出猪链球菌2型,检出率0%;50%以上的猪链球菌菌株对克林霉素、四环素、红霉素和克拉霉素等耐药,90%以上的猪链球菌菌株对万古霉素、青霉素G和米诺环素高度敏感;菌株的耐药谱以多重耐药为主,甚至分离到耐11种和12种抗生素的猪链球菌菌株;不同地域猪场猪链球菌的耐药性和耐药谱差别较大。【结论】猪链球菌在江西省内的规模化猪场中流行率较高,青霉素是目前理想的治疗或预防猪链球菌病的首选药物,但是目前猪链球菌的耐药情况,特别是多重耐药情况已相当严峻,迫切需要引起从业人员的重视,建立完善合理的猪链球菌病防控方案。[Objective]To investigate the prevalence and drug resistance of Streptococcus suis in clinically healthy pig population from large-scale pig farms in Jiangxi Province.[Method]Five large-scale pig farms in Jiangxi Province were selected as sampling points during 2017—2019,then 314 nasal swabs of apparent clinically healthy pigs were collected.The pathogen of S.suis was isolated and identified through selective medium and molecular biotechnology.Finally,the resistance of the isolated S.suis strains to 16 kinds of antibiotics was determined by the Kerby-Bauer method.[Result]A total of 112 strains of S.suis were isolated and identified.The results showed that the total prevalence of S.suis in the apparent healthy pig population was 35.67%,among which the prevalence of each large-scale pig farm was significantly different.S.suis type 2 was not isolated.Drug resistance test results showed that more than 50% of S.suis strains were resistant to clindamycin,tetracycline,erythromycin and clarithromycin,while more than 90% of S.suis strains were highly sensitive to vancomycin,penicillin G and minocycline.The main bacterial drug resistance spectrum was multi drug resistance.Among the S.suis strains,even to the extent that there were strains which were resistant to 11 or 12 kinds of antibiotics.The drug resistance and the drug resistance spectrum of S.suis strains were various in different areas.[Conclusion]This study revealed that the prevalence of S.suis is high in the large-scale pig farms in Jiangxi Province,and penicillin is the ideal drug of choice for the treatment or prevention of S.suis infection.However,the drug resistance of S.suis,especially the multiple drug resistance,is quite severe,which should be paid attention to by the pig industry workers,also a reasonable prevention and control strategy for S.suis infection is needed to be established.
