摘 要:将脱胶后的丝素纤维与分散剂聚氧化乙烯混合配制成浆料,在搅拌机的作用下使丝素分散均匀,再经过湿法成网、轧压等工序制备得到蚕丝湿法非织造布。设计正交试验分析分散剂质量分数、浆料质量分数、打浆时间对非织造布的形貌、厚度、面密度、力学性能、透气性、透湿性的影响。结果表明:分散剂质量分数对非织造布性能影响最显著,且当分散剂质量分数为0.10%时,非织造布的力学性能最好;分散剂质量分数为0.05%时,非织造布的透气性和透湿性最好。The degummed fibroin fiber was mixed with the dispersant polyethylene oxide to prepare slurry,and silk fibroin was dispersed evenly under the action of an agitator.Then,wetlaid process and rolling were used to prepare silk wetlaid nonwovens.An orthogonal test was designed to analyze the influence of dispersant concentration,slurry concentration and beating time on the morphology,thickness,surface density,mechanical properties,air permeability and moisture permeability of nonwovens.Results showed that the dispersant concentration had the most significant effect on the properties of nonwovens.When the dispersant concentration was 0.10%,the mechanical properties of the nonwoven fabric were the best.When the dispersant concentration was 0.05%,the nonwovens had the best air permeability and moisture permeability.
