摘 要:为探究涤纶仿真丝织物抗起毛起球性能,对具有代表性的26种涤纶仿真丝缎纹织物进行了测试,对比分析了不同种类纱线制成织物的抗起毛起球性能差异并研究了其起毛起球性能的影响因素。结果表明:涤纶仿真丝织物抗起毛起球等级均值为4级,最优为5级,最差为2~3级。纬丝添加氨纶后织物的抗起毛起球性能有下降的趋势,但影响较小。同种纱线下起毛起球等级与织物总紧度呈正相关关系,且采用FDY加捻纱线和具有较高紧度的织物抗起毛起球性能最优。In order to explore the anti-pilling performance of polyester silk-like fabrics,26 kinds of representative silk-like satin fabrics were tested.Contrastive analysis was carried out for the difference in anti-pilling properties of fabrics made from different types of yarns and the factors influencing anti-pilling performance were studied.The results showed that the average anti-pilling grade of the silk-like satin fabrics was Grade 4.The best grade was grade 5,and the worst grade was Grade 2~3.After the weft yarn was added with spandex,the anti-pilling performance of the fabric tended to decrease,but the influence was little.There was a positive correlation between the pilling grade and the total fabric tightness,and the anti-pilling resistance performance of fabrics made of FDY twisted yarns with higher tightness was the best.
