摘  要:在低温环境下,需要穿着具有良好保暖能力的防寒服装来保护穿着者免受伤害。基于气凝胶良好的隔热性能及低密度等优点,文章研制了一款气凝胶防寒服装。同时招募了6名女性受试者在人工气候室内进行真人穿着实验,比较了气凝胶防寒服与冲锋衣在保暖性能方面的差别。在温度0℃、相对湿度80%、风速0.4 m/s、静坐90 min实验条件下,记录人体局部皮肤温度和平均皮肤温度,以及主观冷暖感。研究结果表明,穿着气凝胶防寒服时人体局部皮肤温度和平均皮肤温度均高于穿着冲锋衣,主观冷暖感也优于冲锋衣。由此可见,将气凝胶应用到防寒服装中是可行的,并具有较强的实际应用价值。In low temperature environment,cold protective clothing with good thermal insulation is required to protect wearer’s body from cold stress.In this study,aerogel-based cold protective clothing was developed by using the aerogel materials with good thermal insulation performance and low density.Six female subjects voluntarily participated in wearing tests to compare the thermal insulation difference between aerogel-based cold protective clothing and the traditional winter jacket in the artificial climate chamber.The experiments were performed under the conditions of air temperature 0℃,relative humidity 80%and wind speed 0.4 m/s,each subject sit still for 90 min.During the test,the local skin temperature,mean skin temperature,warm and cool feeling were recorded.The results showed that the aerogel-based cold protective clothing was better than the winter jacket in terms of local skin temperature,mean skin temperature,warm and cool feeling.The research findings demonstrate the feasibility of applying aerogel in cold protective clothing,showing strong practical application value.
