摘  要:新时期消费者需求的转变推动酒店产品升级,非标住宿形式中精品酒店(Boutique Hotel)具有典型代表意义。国外学者在广泛探讨精品酒店本质的基础上,激发从个性化和服务创新、美学设计和建筑遗产、社会和环境责任等角度出发的研究。本文基于精品酒店文献的梳理和分析,从定义与特征、个性化服务、美学功能、建筑遗产重用、社会责任五个方面做综述,并在总结国外研究进展后提出对我国相关研究的启示。最后提出对酒店业态发展趋势及酒店功能转型的思考,为中国酒店研究和实践提供借鉴。The transformation in consumer demand in the new era has promoted the upgrading of hotel products.After nearly 40 years of development,the boutique hotels in the non-standard accommodation form have typical representative significance.They are an antagonistic movement to commercial and standardized hotel products.Based on 56 academic publications collected from several databases,this article summarizes the research status of boutique hotels.Most researches adopt general social science research methods.Through classifying and analyzing the research theme and methods,it is found that the case study method is widely used to do empirical research,and the interviewing method is used to discuss the specific boutique hotels in a certain region.Europe,Asia and Americas have all emerged boutique hotel phenomenon which are worthy of study.On the basis of extensive discussion of the essence of boutique hotels,foreign scholars have stimulated research from the perspectives of service innovation,aesthetics,adaptive reuse of architectural heritage and social responsibility.Through systematic analysis of relevant foreign literature and research results,based on the definition and characteristics analysis of boutique hotels,this paper defines boutique hotels as medium and high-end small hotels relying on natural environment or regional historical culture and other resource and providing personalized service and cultural experience,with aesthetic function and unique architectural style.And then,this paper reviews them from five aspects:the personalized service experience including staff service connotation,service experience design,aesthetic function,architectural heritage reuse and social responsibility.Among them,social responsibility includes environmental protection,happiness of stakeholders,and social and regional development.Boutique hotels surpass traditional hotels in both service and added value.There are three trends in foreign researches:the connotation exploration gradually deepens,the breakthrough of management exten
