摘  要:采用室内培养法,对比研究了4种浸提剂对2种可变电荷土壤中外源铅的浸提能力,探讨了土壤中铅稳定化过程中的生物有效性。结果表明,红砂土和黄筋泥中有效态铅含量随陈化时间的延长而减少,至陈化2周后,土壤有效态铅含量达到动态平衡。研究选取的4种浸提剂1 mol/L NH_4OAc、0.05 mol/L HCl、1 mol/L NH_4NO_3、2.5%HAc对红砂土和黄筋泥中的铅的提取能力有显著的差异。外源铅添加量及各浸提剂提取的铅含量之间均呈显著正相关,且NH_4OAc提取的有效态铅浓度与植物吸收的铅浓度有较好的相关性,浸提剂1 mol/L NH_4OAc为评价本研究所采用的2种酸性可变电荷土壤中铅元素有效性的4种浸提剂中最佳的化学浸提剂。The extraction ability of exogenous lead(Pb)by four extractants from two variable charge soils was studied by indoor culture method,and the bioavailability of Pb in the soils during stabilization was discussed.The amount of Pb extracted decreased with the stabilization time.After 2 weeks of incubation,Pb transformation in the soils reached dynamic equilibrium.The four extractants(1 mol/L NH 4OAc,0.05 mol/L HCl,1 mol/L NH 4NO 3,and 2.5%HAc)selected in this study had significant differences in the extraction ability of Pb from the two tested soil.There were good correlations between the extractable Pb and the exogenous Pb in the soil.A good correlation between the available Pb concentration extracted by NH 4OAc and the Pb concentration absorbed by the plant was recorded,and 1 mol/L NH 4OAc was the best extractant among the four extractants used in this study to evaluate the bioavaible Pb in the tested acidic variable charge soils.
