摘  要:考察了间苯二酚树脂型增黏剂的种类及用量对炭黑填充的非硫黄调节型氯丁橡胶胶料硫化特性、力学性能、耐热空气老化性能以及H抽出力的影响。结果表明,加入单组分或双组分增黏剂后,氯丁橡胶混炼胶的门尼黏度下降,焦烧时间和正硫化时间均缩短,交联程度提高;硫化胶的邵尔A硬度和300%定伸应力显著增加,扯断伸长率降低,拉伸强度变化不大;耐热空气老化性能下降;硫化胶与帘线的H抽出力显著提高。双组分增黏剂的增黏效果优于单组分增黏剂。The effects of the type and amount of resorcinol resin type tackifier on curing characteristics,mechanical properties,heat-resistant air aging properties and H pull-out force of carbon black filled non sulfur modified chloroprene rubber were investigated.The results showed that the Mooney viscosity of chloroprene rubber compound decreased,scorch time and positive curing time were shortened,crosslinking degree was increased,Shore A hardness and modulus at 300%of the vulcanizates increased significantly,elongation at break decreased,tensile strength changed little,heat-resistant air aging pro-perty decreased,H pull-out force of vulcanizates and cord increased significantly,when adding mono-component or bi-component tackifiers.The tackifying effect of bi-component tackifiers was better than that of mono-component tackifier.
