摘  要:制备了不同水与水泥质量比、废轮胎橡胶和硅粉含量的硅粉/废轮胎橡胶/混凝土复合材料,并考察了复合材料的抗压强度、密度、透水性、静力弹性模量、动力弹性模量和氯化物扩散性能。结果表明,随着废轮胎橡胶用量的增加,复合材料的抗压强度、静力弹性模量和动力弹性模量下降,透水性增强。用硅粉代替部分水泥后,复合材料的透水性下降,氯离子扩散系数减小。橡胶颗粒与水泥基体之间存在间隙,二者界面黏结作用较弱,导致复合材料强度下降。Silica fume/waste tire rubber/concrete composites with different mass ratio of water/cement,waste tire rubber and silica fume content were prepared,and compressive strength,density,water permeability,static elastic modulus,dynamic elastic modulus and chloride diffusion properties of the composites were investigated.The results showed that with the increasing amount of waste tire rubber,the compressive strength,static elastic modulus and dynamic elastic modulus of the composites decreased,and the water permeability increased.After replacing part of the cement with silicon fume,the water permeability of the composites decreased and the chloride diffusion coefficient decreased.There was a gap between the rubber particles and the cement matrix,and the interface adhesion between them was weak,which led to the decrease of the strength of the composites.
