摘　　要：随着新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)疫情的发展,应对策略逐渐完善。重庆医科大学附属第一医院作为本市规模最大的地方性综合医院之一,在疫情期间既要做好COVID-19的防治工作,又要承担大量的门诊日常诊疗活动。为确保医护患的安全,门诊工作压力突显。为此,本院门诊部通过完善组织结构,合理安排门诊人力资源,严控防疫物质,重新布置防护隔离环境,优化就诊流程,加强COVID-19防控健康教育等应对策略,达到门诊零漏检、零漏报、零感染的目标。As the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)develops,the corresponding strategy has been gradually completed. As one of the biggest local general hospitals in Chongqing,our hospital not only shoulder the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 during the epidemic period,but also undertake a large number of routine diagnosis and treatment activities in the outpatient department. For ensuring the safety of patients,the work pressure in outpatient department is prominent. In the end,the outpatient department of our hospital has achieved the goal of zero missed inspection,zero missed report and zero infection by improving the organizational structure,reasonably arranging human resource,strictly controlling epidemic prevention materials,rearranging the protective and isolation environment,optimizing the treatment process,and strengthening the prevention and control health education of COVID 19.
